We had a wonderful time with The Polar Express! I hope your child was able to use the props in their paper bag last week to retell the story to you. On Monday, we watched The Polar Express in our jammies and enjoyed some delicious popcorn and hot chocolate! MMMMMMM!

Marvelous Manners Luncheon

We had marvelous manners today! Everyone looked adorable! We will continue to practice these marvelous manners throughout the year (without the fancy clothes!) Thank you for reinforcing them at home! ...and as always, thank you for sharing your beautiful children with me! 

They are all so precious!

During lunch we politely listened to teachers playing Christmas songs on their instruments while we ate our lunch. After their performance, we enjoyed conversing with one another using the conversation starters on the tables. 

Reading, Reading, Reading!

I got out some special reading glasses and whisper phones to excite our new readers! It worked like a charm! I couldn't resist a few photos! ;-)

Making Our Own Pizza

Thank you for sending in all of the ingredients! The kids had so much fun making their very own pizzas! I introduced transition words while we wrote a story about making our pizzas.
